Save Our Koalas: Take Action Against New Coal Mines in NSW and QLD

A shocking new report has found there are at least 26 proposed new coal mines that will clear important koala habitat, including 23 projects that are being assessed under the EPBC Act and seeking approval from the Federal government.

These 26 coal mining projects plan to clear a combined total of 11,644 hectares of koala habitat if granted approval.

Federal Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek will soon decide whether many of these coal mines can proceed.

Can you send an email to Minister Plibersek and ask that she reject these koala-killing coal mines?
